SmartGridComm 2020 is soliciting sponsors to support the community and talented students, in particular, those who may not otherwise be able to participate in the conference. Sponsorships will also provide for a modest prize to the best student paper as well as help defray the increased IT costs of making the entire conference as real-time as possible. Sponsoring SmartGridComm is an opportunity for smart grid solution providers and stakeholders to benefit from publicity, goodwill, and visibility to the SmartGridComm community. The conference draws the most talented students in the field, and provides the sponsors an opportunity to attract top talent.
To encourage more interaction and participation, the conference will include real-time Q&A sessions for all accepted papers. The table below summarizes the benefits to donors at various levels of sponsorship. In recognition of the fact that the conference will be virtual, the sponsorship levels and benefits have been changed appropriately. If warranted, we will provide for virtual breakout rooms for student/industry interaction in addition to a planned for student mentoring event.
